Why didn't I get my login info?

You should get an email with your login info within minutes of joining.

If you didn't, something must be wrong.

Could you check your spam folder and see if our welcome email is there?

If it's not, shoot us an email and we'll check it out for you. (To help us out, could you tell us which email address you registered with?)
